Robinson is the only school on the island, and one of the few in the nation, to employ experts to oversee each content area. Our Curriculum Supervisors are first excellent teachers. Then they have education and experience in their subject area and are respected by their peers as experts. Providing direct oversight of curriculum and instructional delivery is the primary aspect of their positions. They work one on one with teachers, providing professional development and mentoring them both during actual class instruction and during planning periods.

Using this model, we are certain that the best practices associated with the content area are being adhered to, teachers are supported and the content is arranged in a logical manner that meets rigorous national standards.
