The Bright Beginning´s curriculum is carefully created to provide children with the opportunity to develop their physical, social, emotional, linguistic, and cognitive skills in a developmentally appropriate environment. Emphasis is placed on teaching our children a sense of community, self-respect and self-confidence in order to prepare them to be responsible citizens.
Our well-trained teachers provide stimulating opportunities for active exploration through meaningful, hands-on experiences. We provide students with a full day program that incorporates small and large group activities, in addition to individual and cooperative instruction.
Assessments are designed to meet the needs of our children throughout the year. These are done in a variety of ways, from observations to formally testing the children on individual skills. We have formal parent teacher conferences four times per year, at which time we will discuss the progress of the child and offer suggestions for remediation, practice or enrichment.
