This new week means that NHS week finished.
We had a lot of activities organized by students from the National Honor Society Chapter and their Chapter Advisor, Mr. José J. Ortiz.
On Monday, students enjoyed a casual day in pink or white colors to raise awareness for breast cancer. Tuesday NHS members visited classrooms to explain what the NHS is about and answer questions from students. On Wednesday, the whole school got together to participate in a bonding activity called “Kindness Rocks”. Thursday, students used chalk on our sidewalks to write what they think represents a leader. Today, students had the opportunity to dress up as a character who embodies the four NHS pillars, scholarship, leadership, service and character.
Thank you NHS, for giving us such a fun week and doing such a great job representing Robinson School!
