Last week, while we celebrated Holy Week, India and Nepal celebrated the Holi Festival, a colorful spring festival of sharing love that takes place as the vernal equinox approaches.
Our ES students shared in this spectacular cross-cultural celebration that cultivates a global sense of oneness with humanity. Chasing and throwing brilliant-colored powders at each other playfully, singing, dancing, and making a joyful noise, all bear witness to a carnival that signifies the arrival of spring, rebirth, and new beginnings. All of society mingles, plays, and laughs together on this festive day, breaking down barriers and coming together as a whole.
We are proud to have joined in the Holi celebration as an international lesson in spiritual and social harmony for the Robinson community, Puerto Rico, and the world!
