Physical Fitness : Cheerleader training helps with girls physical development. While they learn and have fun the exercise.
Self-Confidence: Every girl is an important part of the team. Each one understands that their individual part is necessary so the rest of the team can do their routine seamlessly. To accomplish this, the girls are given tools to work on their physical and emotional capacities.
Teamwork: Being an important part of a close-knit team helps the girls learn that they can also help their team in other areas.
Concentration and Coordination: Cheer-leading routines are a combination of cheers, gymnastic and acrobatics. Patience is cultivated with each practice.
