Wellness in Action!

This month, our students took part in several meaningful wellness activities centered around social-emotional learning (SEL). Through games, group discussions, and creative projects, students explored topics like respect, assertiveness, what is bullying, mental health, managing emotions, empathy, among many others.

These activities helped everyone pause, connect, and reflect on how we can take care of ourselves and support others, both in and out of the classroom. It has been wonderful to see our students growing not just academically, but also as caring, confident individuals!
